In order to be eligible for a refund return or exchange, you have to return the product within 5 days from when you purchased the item(s).The product must be in the same condition that you received it and not damaged in any way. Product must not be worn. After we receive your item(s) we will process your refund return or exchange. If you requested a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
